Fairways is more than a community of 55+ permanent and seasonal residents, it's an active social neighborhood of nearly 1,200 homes, 3 community centers, pools, tennis, golf, shuffle board and over 30 different clubs and groups with events and celebrations nearly every day.  At Fairways, there's so much you can find to do while enjoying retirement on your own terms, at your own pace and on your own time.

 

Your Fairways Homeowners Association is here to help you navigate issues and concerns, help support and promote activites, and to hear and represent you when necessary with community management.  IT IS CRITICAL that all registered OWNERS of each property register with FHAOI and VOTE every time the FHAOI needs your ballot.  Your FHAOI Board is made up of elected volunteers, and so far, there are no dues for FHAOI membership assessed to community residents.  To make change happen for our community, in your best interests, we MUST have your vote - a majority of 50% plus 1 is needed - in order to implement changes and go forward with necessary work.
